Important Notes

Counter-Notice (If You Believe Content Was Wrongfully Removed)

If you believe your content was removed in error, you can submit a counter-notification that includes:

  1. Your contact information.
  2. The content that was removed and the URL where it was previously located.
  3. A statement: “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.”
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court (if located in the U.S.), or another appropriate jurisdiction.
  5. Your electronic or physical signature.

Once received, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a lawsuit within 10 business days.
